What is custom Manufacturing?
From concept and prototyping through to full production
Custom manufacturing is a collaborative, end-to-end process where SAINT designs and builds parts to your exact specifications.
As a fourth-generation, proudly Australian owned and operated company, we design in-house and produce high-quality components for diverse industries, true to our motto: Engineered to last. Quality you can trust.
Why choose Saint
In-house engineering & tooling
Our local team designs, prototypes and refines parts under one roof, accelerating decisions and protecting IP.
Built for harsh conditions
Materials and finishes are selected for longevity—tested for load, corrosion and wear so parts perform in the field.
Flexible runs, fast turnarounds
From one-off prototypes to scaled production, we tailor MOQs and schedules to your program needs.
The Process
1. Share Your Brief
Email us your drawings/CAD or a sketch with: dimensions & tolerances, material/grade & finish, quantities (prototype vs production), relevant standards, and operating environment (load, temperature, corrosion).
2. Design review & quote
Our team assesses your requirements, confirms technical feasibility, and provides a tailored quote including material selection, tooling needs, and estimated lead times for both prototypes and scaled production.
3. Prototype to Production
Once approved, we supply prototypes for testing and validation, then move seamlessly into full production—ensuring consistent quality, compliance with specifications, and reliable delivery schedules.
